How to get help if you are a victim
Thankfully there are many organizations and hot-lines you can turn to if you fall victim to some type of sexual abuse or violence. They are there to help you when you need them the most.

Victim Assistance Online: This site lists resources from all around the US. The is a nice breakdown of the individual organizations within each state so you can get help in your area. There is also links to resources more specific for male victims of sexual crimes.
National Coalition Against Domestic Violence: This site has the phone numbers and links to the state coalitions against sexual assault.
Office for Victims of Crime: This site has the phone numbers, addresses, and links to different organizations in different states. This site is offered by the Office for Victims of Crime which is a component of the Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice.
CrimeVictims.gov: Another site provided by the Office for Victims of Crime which is chocked full of resources you can use to get help. There is also a link on this page to a national toll free hot-line listing so you can find it all in one spot. This is a great resource for anyone needing help with what to do if they are victimized.
